I have a subscription to your magazine and thought it gave me access to the videos. But lately I haven’t been able to open them. Am I doing something wrong?

The subscription tot he magazine does not include the subscription to the vidoes. You also have to purchase the vidoes.

still have a little trouble with the Machine Upkeep video. but not near the problems as before. perhaps the “bugs” are flying away. I did join QCA a few days ago. i have high hopes of getting “stop and restart” issues resolved. Thank you in advance for your help!!
